We had issues with both our walk-in fridge and freezer during the recent heat wave, and these guys came through for us when we needed them most. They diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly and efficiently, helping us avoid the stress and potential loss of valuable product. Their service was professional, responsive, and reliable from start to finish. We really appreciated their prompt attention during such a critical time. I highly recommend then to anyone looking for dependable refrigeration and HVAC service.

From New Brunswick but had a boat in Gananoque. We were selling it and the surveyor found the Helm Station HVAC unit wasnt cooling. In a panic, we tried everyone that serviced hvacs but no one was returning our call or just refused to do marine work. Jeff was patient, asked who I had tried already. He said there was a local guy that would be good so he would try to get in touch with him. If he couldnt get the local guy to do the work, he would make the drive to our boat.to repair it. The local guy showed up and it was fixed. Thanks, Jeff.

Ryan and (I'm sorry dude but forgot your name!) put in a new furnace for me yesterday. They guys were so friendly.... almost felt like you knew them. They had the old one out and s new one in, in about 3.5 - 4 hours, even with problems!! Outstanding work and they both were just simply COOL & AWESOME!! Those boys deserve a raise and BONUS for Christmas! Thanks guys!! I am WARM!! Also a huge thanks to Scott who got me into the DTE program. If not for him I still would be COLD!

Bishop Heating and Cooling installed our new Carrier furnace in November of 1919 and then our air conditioner. We were very pleased with the whole process. January 5, 2020 the furnace was not getting to the set temperature. I called Bishop at 5:02p.m. and explained the problem. One of the technicians on the road contacted me. He asked me questions and gave me some directions. Victory! Problem solved! Furnace is running perfectly! Great service! We are very pleased with the service at Bishop.

They are awesome. They I called yesterday about me furnance roaring and they came out this morning, took a look at it and their tech went all the way back to Muskegon from Fremont and came back with what he needed to fix it and I can make payments on my bill. Staff and tech's are friendly and willing to help you.

We needed a new furnace, ours died one evening recently. Bishops was incredible! They loaned us heaters to use which kept us toasty until they replaced our unit the next day. The installers were professional and they left the work area clean and neat. Everyone we dealt with from the service tech to the office staff was professional and answered all our questions. They know their stuff! We can’t give them a better recommendation. Why would anyone call anyone but Bishops?

Woke up to a cold house on January 2nd. I called Bishop's and they sent someone out right away. Bad news, the furnace was not repairable. Good news, they were able to replace the furnace by the 4th. They did a wonderful job and were very professional. Even took time to explain how the new system works and how to change the filter. I'm very happy I called Bishop Heating & Air Conditioning. Thank you!
